Every "SMOKIN-IT" smoker comes with heavy duty casters, stainless steel shelving, smoke box, and a thermostat for temperature control up to 250 Degrees. The Smoker is fully assembled and ready to go. Also included is a one pound bag of Hickory wood blocks so you can start using your new BBQ Smoker immediately. 1. Up to 22 lbs. of meat capacity per load 2. 350 watt heating element, 8 amps 120 volt single phase 3. Inside dimensions: width 12-1/2" x depth 13-1/2" x height 17-1/4" 4. Could it be any easier and WONDERFUL August 15, 2010 Reviewer: renita from port richey, FL United States   Lets say I was hopeful but you never know when purchasing online.well this little unit is built like a tank..Strong, well made and I love the little wheels..The thing allows me to spin it as easily as a TOP.. makes moving it to exactly the right spot and then put away with ease.My first Smoke was a total success. I never knew ribs could be this good. Clean up is simple and that just adds to the joy of owning and using this little smoker.Well this unit arrived right on time. Well packed and with plenty of wood to get you started. Thank YOU for that Set up ? what set up .. twist the little wheels on and use the ENCLOSED wrench to tighten; take out the packing material.. and you are SET.I followed the direction for curing the unit.That was the hard part WAITING For the hours to pass until I could start cooking.  I LOVE that not only the racks but the wall hangers come out to Clean in the dishwasher, nice design. Don't hesitate June 13, 2010 Reviewer: Dave Betz from Woodbury, MN United States   As a novice, this smoker makes me look like a pro.  Try Salmon at 200 degrees for about 1 hour and 10 minutes.  A friend made this salmon in his commercial smoker (He paid over $1000, about same size as #2, not stainless steel, not on wheels) and this made me search the web for a commercial grade smoker.  Bought in December to use for Xmas...works wonderfull in cold weather.  This is the first time I have ever considered reviewing  a product and I would say you shouldn't hesitate to buy.  Commercial quality and great service for about 1/2 the price Was this review helpful to you?

Unsolicited praise of your product. June 1, 2010 Reviewer: Javan Yoder from Massillon, OH   Purchased model #1 a couple of months ago, This thing is everything you advertised it to be. It is so nice working with a product that is well built and does what its told. Many a great meal has come out of this hallowed stainless steel door. I have to tell you, that was money well spent. Thank you folks for building such a great smoker. Best on the market. I have been looking at different smokers in my whereabouts and this one by far is the best around. Best Smoker for the money!!! May 29, 2010 Reviewer: charles white from Orange Park, FL United States   I researched smokers for over 4 months before I purchased a smokin-it #1 model and have had my smoker for over 3 months, so this smoker has been put to the test.   I have smoked pork loin, spare ribs, turkey breasts, whole chickens, and babybacks - unbelievable smoke taste and even cooking. Why is this a 5 star smoker?  Workmanship, temperature guage is on the money with no hot spots, smokes like nothing I've seen, and easy to clean.   All my neighbors have different smokers but when their smoker craps out, we'll all have a smokin-it.   Blows the competitiion away!! The only way you can match this is if you paid 3 times the price!!! I just saw the cart, looks like I'll be getting that shortly! Was this review helpful to you?
