Every "SMOKIN-IT" Model #2 smoker comes with heavy duty casters, 4 Standard stainless steel shelves, 1 Seafood grill rack, 1 Drip pan, smoke box, and a thermostat for temperature control from 100 to 250 Degrees. The Smoker is fully assembled and ready to go. Also included is a one pound bag of Hickory wood blocks so you can start using your new BBQ Smoker immediately. 1. The Best July 20, 2010 Reviewer: Jason Short from Cookeville, TN United States   I just got my Model 2 this past Friday. I have already had ribs and a Boston Butt. Both turned out great. This smoker makes you seem like a pro. It's so easy. I came from a charcoal smoker. I was getting tired of tending to the coals all day trying to keep the temperature just right. Smokin It smokers... Smoke the Competition May 24, 2010 Reviewer: Russ from El Cajon, CA United States   Purchased this smoker about a month ago and couldn't be happier with my purchase. I compared this unit to the Cook Shack and Smokin Tex which seems similar but for hundreds less. I purchased the larger unit and was amazed by the ease of operation and the quality of the product. I had a few friends over for my first debut of baby back ribs and blew everyone away! I was getting offers to open up a restaurant. smoker May 20, 2010 Reviewer: Tom Howell from Portales, NM United States   Have had my smoker for about a month, It is great. Haven't mastered briskett yet, but have done chicken, sausage, and beef ribs and they turned out great. Looking forward to smoking my first turkey for thanksgiving.
