Great product. |

I've been debating on getting an electric smoker for a while. After shopping around and reading reviews, a friend of mine pointed me to this site. I decided, after his praises and the other reviews on this site, to finally give it a try. I'm very pleased with it. It is well made and holds temperature well. I'm glad I finally took the plunge. Smokin' my first brisket tonight!

Top quality |

The quality and construction of this product is second to none. There is nothing cheap about it. The unit seals tightly and holds the temp well. I was able to smoke in 30 degree weather without a problem. Once you get the temp dialed in you can leave it all day or night. Others smokers I have had required constant adjustment. I wish I would have found this smoker years ago.

Absolutely over the top customer service, build, design and functionality . If you can't smoke as good as the big Q-boy's with the SMOKIN-IT SMOKER, you need to buy a "Fry-Daddy" The product this smoker puts out is money-Ka-Ching!!!

Fantastic electric smoker for newbies & veterans! |

I got this smoker in August 2011, and I love it. I am a novice with electric smokers, but this model is so easy to use, it makes it nearly impossible to screw anything up. The craftsmanship on the smoker is excellent. High-quality components, simple design, and it's built like a tank.
I smoked three full slabs of pork ribs, and everyone said they were some of the best ribs they've EVER had. The smoky flavor was perfect, and preparing them couldn't have been easier. I applied a dry rub the night before, took the ribs out of the fridge, placed them in the smoker, added two pieces of hickory (from the supply that came with the smoker), turned the smoker on to 225 and walked away.
Four hours later, I opened the smoker to three slabs of perfectly cooked, wonderfully smoked pork ribs. The knife practically fell through the meat as I cut the ribs.
If you have ever considered getting an electric smoker, I highly recommend this model.

Love my smoker |

I own 5 different types of smokers and this by far this is the best in terms of quality and convenience. You can essentially "set it and forget it." I've even placed a brisket in the smoker before I went to bed and it was perfectly done in the morning. I had it for breakfast! Customer service is also great.
Only challenge I've had is that many of the welds on the two wire shelf came loose when the unit was only a few months old. It's a hassel when trying to slide them in/out and replacements are $15 per shelf plus shipping. Other than that, I highly recommend this unit and the company, especially for the price.
