Ordered and was delivered in less than 72 hours (fantastic). Smoked 2 racks of Baby back ribs as finger food on Christmas day in addition to a turkey on my Weber charcoal grill. Several guests sampled the ribs and everyone that did said they were very good. I know just about zero when it comes to smoking meat. This smoker makes even a novice like me seem to know what he/she is doing. I will recommend this product to all my friends and relatives.

I was leery on buying a brand with so few reviews tho all good, I thought they dont spend money on advertising they must spend it on quality so I went with the Smokin it 2. I was right, it is high quality from the wheels to the cover, now does this thing work? After seasoning it is 2 chickens with a remote thermometer thru the smoke vent on top, the smoker holds 6 or 8 oz of wood and doesnt recommend add any during use, great this wont taste like it was smoked, smokers in the past bellows smoke out of them, this had only a slight bit coming out, When all said and done I opened the door to two perfectly smoked chickens, color, moist and the best Ive ever had, this thing works! Three times later, 1 brisket,1 pork butt and cheese (using the cold smoke tray) cleaning it 4 times I rate it a 10. Very impressed, money well spent! The only complant is the lazer etiched logo could be deeper and more noticable as I am proud to own it. I know this reads like a ad but this thing is great.

I love this smoker. I've had it for about a year. I have smoked pork shoulder, ribs, briskett, salmon, pork tenderloin, roast beef and made jurkey. I looked at all the other brands, cookshack, bradley, ect. buck for buck you can't get a better smoker. It uses chunk wood easy to find for free. A couple golf ball size pieces of wood is all you need. All you have to do set and forget. I've smoked 30lbs. pork shoulder know problem. If you stole this off my porch tonight I'd order another one tommarrow........

I have been smoking for for almost 20 years now. I built my first smoker and used it until someone gave me a cheapo bullet smoker. When it broke I set out to find a good smoker (in my budget) or buld my own. After researching virtually everything out there I settled on the smoker #2. I couldn't build one this nice for less money and I am not the slightest bit disappointed. So far I have smoked ribs several times, a pork loin, a turkey, and a chcken. It is so easy to use and clean up. The customer servce is great too!
