MODEL #2 - The electric smoker is made from 100%, 18 gauge stainless steel and is designed for ease of use and portability. Every "SMOKIN-IT" Model #2 smoker comes with four heavy duty casters, four stainless steel grilling racks, drip pan that slides under smoker, smoke box, and a rheostat for temperature control from 100 to 250 degrees. The smoker is fully assembled, all you need to do is add the casters and you are ready to go.  Also included is a sample of hickory wood so you can start using your new smoker immediately. 

This smoker model #2 has the capacity to hold approximately 35 pounds of meat or seafood. It has a 700-watt heating element with LED indicator light, 6 amps 120-volt single phase. Temperature range is from 100F to 250F and is insulated with fiberglass to reduce heat loss. 

The inside dimensions are 15" x 15" x 20" with a total weight of 79 pounds. The outside dimensions are 17 1/4" x 21 1/2" x 24, with casters add 2 3/4" to the height and has a double latch door system with a twelve foot power cord.

I bought this model earlier this year for mother's day for my wife.  After getting over the piercing evil eye, I got to start cooking on it.  I have now converted her and she lets me sleep in the house again.  The quality of the material is top notch.  Even with it on all day, you can still touch the outside of it without getting burned.  I smoked a Boston Butt yesterday in the dead of winter and it still held the heat in the cold.  The kids' eyes rolled back in their heads after they tasted it, it was so good.  After cooking in this thing, I will never go back to the constant feeding of charcoal.  Would recommend this smoker to anyone.

Ihad my smoker for a year now smoked a lot of things from fish to wild turkeys and its great I like electric just set the temp and see you again in 4 to 5 hours its the perfect size for me not to big not small I would recmmend this unit to anybody

I have been using this smoker a lot lately, over 10 times. I didn't know what to think about the small amount of wood they recommend you to use, but they are correct one or two of the peaches of wood that is provided when you purchase the smoker is all you need for a 4 or 5 hour smoke. Every time I cook chicken or ribs it is perfect. This smoker make it easy, just put the food in and turn the knob. I wanted to write the review so anyone that is on the fence about this smoke weather its the 1,2, or 3 model they will be a good investment in your arsenal of providing an excellent meal for your family. I love the small size I can lift the smoker with the rolling table with ease in my truck for camping. Very easy to clean just don't forget to poke a whole in the bottom of the foil or the grease will overflow.
I ordered the #2 with another shelf, and an extra bag of wood. I didnt know the one bag of wood was going to last so long.
