This electric smoker is made from 100%, 18 gauge, stainless steel and was designed for ease of use and portability. Every "SMOKIN-IT" Model #3 smoker comes with four heavy duty rubber wheeled casters, four extra heavy duty stainless steel grilling racks, smoke box, drip pan that slides under smoker and a thermostat for temperature control from 100 to 250 degrees. The smoker is fully assembled and ready to go. Also included is a sample of hickory wood so you can start using your new smoker immediately.

The smoker model #3 has the capacity to hold approximately 45 pounds of meat or seafood. It has a 1200 watt heating element with LED indicator light, 10 amps 120 volt single phase. Temperature range is from 100F to 250F and is insulated with fiberglass to reduce heat loss.

The inside dimensions are 15" x 20 x 22" with a total weight of 135 pounds. The outside dimensions are 17" x 28" x 29-1/4", with casters installed.

The #3 model is a top quality smoker. Easily as good as "Cook-Shack" quality!! This smoker is extremely solid and well made. I used to own a Cook-shack and this smoker is just as good. In fact to get this size of smoker with another MFG it will cost you at least a 1000.00 more!! Very heavy duty shelves. This unit creates more smoke than it's competition. I don't even need to add a water pan, the moisture this unit builds up inside is more than enough. The unit stays cool during long cooks and holds its temperature. This smoker churns out real old-fashioned pit BBQ without all the guess-work and hard work. Customer Service is great. Don't worry about problems after the sale..they will be here for you!! My neighbor loved this unit so much, I ordered a Model #2 for her as well!! If you want a top quality electric smoker without breaking your bank account and want to turn out great BBQ the Smokin-it electric smoker is the only way to go.
