The external cold smoke generator is designed for cold smoking at temperatures below 100 F degrees
For use on all Smokin-It smokers
This allows for smoked cheeses, veggies, seafood or any food you prefer cold smoked
The smoke generator can also be used for hot smoking
The generator can hold up to 2lbs. of wood pellets and provide up to 8-10 hours of smoke depending on air pump settings.
A mixture of Wood pellets and wood chips are recommended for use
You can also use 100% wood chips but your length of burn will not be as long as using a mixture of pellets and chips
You can also use a mixture of 50/50 wood chips and wood pellets, wood chips need to be small in size for peak performance
Included is a variable air speed pump which allows for air flow adjustments and smoke volume
Adjustable vented top lid to remove pellet moisture buildup, new adjustable vent top for better air flow/moisture control
48" of silicone air line included for more durable service
Stainless steel tube is 5" (longer lengths available on website)
Includes a Bella cleaning kit... 3/4" brass brush and a stainless steel ram tool to clean out the smoke tube. Also include is a stainless steel tool to clean out the air nipple.
Requires drilling a 3/4" diameter hole on a vertical surface and two 1/8" diameter pilot holes for attaching generator using the supplied self tapping screws

For peak performance when using the Bella please clean the inside of the main body as well as the 3/4" diameter smoke tube to remove the buildup of creosote. We recommend using drain cleaner and then thoroughly rinse parts in fresh water to remove all chemicals before using again.

Smoker does not work	May 22, 2024

No smoke enters the grill. Installed this on a new very expensive Yoder grill. Followed directions exactly. It does smoke but all the smoke goes out the holes and top (around the lid). Contacted customer support and they advised me to purchase a bigger/stronger air pump because the fan from the pellet grill caused back pressure. So the included pump is not adequate for the product. This is unacceptable. I am not also not positive this will actually work, I took the tube off the smoker and strongly blew through it with my mouth, same results. On a side note customer service wrote me back and said they could advise me on a pump that might work (which I would have to purchase). When I replied to the email, it was obvious the customer service rep didn’t review the past emails, the person just sent me a link to where I could purchase a whole new unit.

This cold smoker addition was perfect for my pellet smoker. Using a smoke tube pales in comparison to the rediculous amount of smoke this equipment produces. I was skeptical at first due to the price, but it is totally worth it. The ability to cold smoke cheeses or to “pre smoke” meats before turning on the smoker is a huge advantage to adding real smoke flavor to a pellet smoker. The closest you will get to a stick wood smoker.

Sad I waited to install it on my 5D	November 21, 2022

I ordered a 5D back in June and was just using the wood chunks in the smoker. I'm doing 150 pounds of snack sticks that require a no-smoke drying stage, so I installed the Bella. WOW!!! The smoke control and volume is so much better than just the chunks. Once the smoke is started (about 3 minutes) I have the air pump at it's lowest setting and it's perfect.

I’m not a person that writes reviews but I had to on this one. I built my own 4x8 smoke house that I would build a fire in in a stainless steel box and cover it leaving just enough gap for it to smolder. It never worked right and was nothing but a hassle but it did the job. I was buying some accessories for my Smokin-It smoker and stumbled across this smoke generator. I thought we’ll I am beyond pleased with my smoker and accessories let’s give this a try. I hooked it up the day it arrived to my home made smoke house. Some friends and I got together and made a batch of sausage and put this thing to work. It worked so well I had to turn the pump down half way which saves pellets. I am beyond pleased with this smoke generator as I am with all my Smokin-It products.

Hey pellet smokers, you want more smoke. Install Bella’s cold smoke generator by Smokin-It. It can be used for hot or cold smoking. I fill it with a 50/50 blend of pellets & wood chips. The results have been outstanding with a much deeper, richer smoke flavor. Customer service was excellent. I talked directly with owner, ordered it & received it in a timely manner. I highly recommend this product.
