The XL external cold smoke generator is designed ONLY for larger smoker applications or smoke houses for cold smoking at temperatures below 100F degrees
This allows for smoked cheeses, veggies, seafood or any food you prefer cold smoked
The smoke generator can also be used for hot smoking
The generator can hold up to 5 lbs. of wood pellets and provide up to 8-10 hours of smoke
Wood pellets or wood chips are recommended for use
You can also use a mixture of 50/50 wood chips and wood pellet, wood chips need to be small in size for peak performance
Included is a variable air speed pump which allows for air flow adjustments and smoke volume
Adjustable vented top lid to remove pellet moisture buildup
Stainless steel tube is 7" long
Includes brass wire brush to clean the sable and the tube
Includes a 48" silicone air line
Requires drilling a 1" diameter hole on a vertical surface and four 1/8" diameter pilot holes for attaching generator using supplied self tapping screws
Very easy to disassemble for easy cleaning

For peak performance of the Sable clean the inside of the main body as well as the 1" diameter smoke tube to remove the buildup of creosote. We recommend using drain cleaner and then thoroughly rinse parts in fresh water to remove all chemicals before using again.
