The electric smoker is made from 100% 18 gauge, 304 stainless steel and is designed for ease of use and portability

Every Smokin-It Pro Series Model #4D-WiFi GEN1 smoker comes with:

  • Integrated PID Digital Controller with two enhanced water resistant meat probes, designed by Auber Instruments
  • Compatible with a smart phone/tablet
  • Stainless steel digital control box with all weather 120 volt outdoor plug
  • Variable speed internal circulating fan (fan can also be shut off during a smoke)
  • LCD screen with UV protection
  • Smoker has a temperature range of 0-325 degrees F and can hold +/-3 degrees from set point
  • Fixed mounted air temperature probe located inside smoker, with added stainless steel guard for protection
  • Four locking heavy duty 5" diameter casters (need to be attached)
  • Six stainless steel grilling racks with room for 11 racks, rack size is 18-1/2 " x 21-1/2", racks are 21/4" apart
  • Drip pan that slides under smoker
  • Triple latch door system
  • Stainless steel folding shelves (2) with knife slots
