I order the assembly to increase my jerky production. And this did except your gonna need racks. I called in and I have to say customer is A+. Spoke with Steve and he offered a solution which works but didn't help me with my jerky output. So if you pick this up for jerky be mindful your gonna need racks. I've commissioned my local metal shop to fabricate 9 racks cheaper than I could buy 3 standard racks for on the site. I'll make a post on the forums with pics of my racks if anyone is interested.
