We received a smoker for a wedding present ten years ago. At first we were skeptical about our new found cooking product. We were so use to something quick and easy, as like everyone else today we lead very busy lives. With children, dogs, family, sports and everything we do during the week, what value will this add to our life? We were pleasantly surprised!! The ease of use and clean up is a breeze. Leftovers are great, if there are any!! You can start your main dish and walk away and complete other tasks. It is great on the weekends and for any type of entertaining. 

After several years of making our own rubs, sauces and trying different types of wood and foods we realized what a great gift we had received. We started researching what was available to purchase in the world of smokers, ordered one of everything we could find that was a reputable company with great reviews and started tearing them all apart. We set out in 2009 focusing on building the best quality smoker product available at the best price!! In addition our focus was and still is great customer service and to be available to share our knowledge of what we have learned about smokin food over the years. 

Our focus is our products, the smokers, smoker accessories and customer service. We want your focus to be creating your own smoking flavors and styles to suit your tastes. We promise to always be available with great customer service and to get back to you ASAP if you do not get us when you initially contact us. We want you, the customer, to feel secure in knowing your questions will be answered and answered honestly. We welcome any suggestions or ideas you may have to add to our products or to improve them. We have seen many changes during our three years and hope to have many more as we get ready to start year four. As part of our customer service pledge, we will not sell to the big box companies and will remain hands on at all times so our products, quality and service remain top tier in the industry and our prices remain competitive. 

One of the challenges we found during our research was the lack of service and responsibility when shipping. We try to ship all products with in 72 hours. One of the problems we discovered was it can take anywhere from ten days to three weeks before other like products leave their location. As we grow as an internet based company, we will continue to keep this goal. We will also continue to have sales and free gifts with purchase on our web site. Our banner on our home page will keep you informed about any specials or new products or events. We have plans for new products and accessories in the coming year. We also would like for you to send us your favorite recipes and we will post them on our web site.
