Live in MN and got my early Christmas present, a Model #2D on last week. Seasoned it on 12/17/16 in 20 degree weather. Smoked my first Boston butt roast for pulled pork the next day in minus 20 degree weather! Great results, and the smoker easily held its temperature in spite of the cold. Talk about well insulated. Whoop whoop!
