Many of the other racks are substantial and very stiff. This rack is rather thin and has a tendency to curl when bringing it forward causing it to dip down in the front. Guess I should have looked closer at the photos as I was hoping it would be a good substitute for the seafood rack which I had been using for other things like smoking cheese but I do not feel comfortable with this as it does not feel good when loaded up. For the price I expected a better product.
