The electric smoker is made from 100%18 gauge, 201 stainless steel and is designed for ease of use and portability
Every Smokin-It Model #2 smoker comes with:
- Four locking heavy duty 4" diameter casters (need to be attached)
- Four stainless steel grilling
racks, room for five, rack size is 14-1/2" x 14-1/2", racks are 2-1/2" apart
- Smoke box and drip pan that
slides under smoker
- Side handles for easy movement of
smoker
- Double latch door system
- A rheostat for temperature
control from 100F-250F degrees, can hold +/-30 degrees from set point
- Sample of hickory wood to season smoker
- Smoker model #2 has the capacity
to hold 31 pounds of meat or seafood (estimate)
- 800-watt heating element with
LED indicator light, 8 amps 120-volt single phase
- Insulated with fiberglass to
reduce heat loss

- Smoker is predrilled on left side to accept the Bella cold smoke generator
