Fast shipping! Unit arrived quickly and without any shipping damage. Fabrication is fantastic and the all-stainless looks great. I am a journeyman tool and die maker with metal fabrication experience and I can tell you this this thing is as good as you're going to find in the price range. Temperature holds steady with usually a + or - 10F variance. (Better than any pit smoker you'll find).

Steve was there to help me out every step of the way. I couldn't recommend picking up this smoker more. Quality, great customer service, good price,.....and GREAT BBQ. I'm sold.

wow, this is a great smoker. It shipped fast, and gave an amazing slow cook. I never smoked before. And i am a pro now. Its hard to believe how so little wood can give so much flavor. Simply the best out there, cost, contruction, serevice, you name it.

This smoker is absolutely awesome! It is built like a tank and screams quality throughout. I have no doubt that it will serve me well for years. I have smoked a pork butt and a chicken since purchasing it using recipes that I obtained from the forum. Both of them were excellent. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Money well spent!

So, I have never written a review, however there are a couple things I just have to credit the Smokin-It team with...I ordered my smoker on-line Tuesday morning and received it THE FOLLOWING MORNING!!!  I am only one state away, but even still, that was the fastest order shipping and delivery I have ever seen (it was standard shipping, not expedited).  This is the first smoker I have ever owned so I was a bit nervous about the first few uses (needed to impress my wife).  On top of that, the first thing we were smoking was a large (18 lbs) full pork leg followed by a small (12 lbs) turkey, all for thanksgiving.  I have to tell you both smokes were VERY successful and I was WORSHIPED by my entire family (including in-laws).  I did get the PID loop controller which I am very happy with as well since it allowed me to "set and forget" with absolutely amazing results.  Thank-you to the Smokin-It team for great service and a great product which I am sure will last me years to come.

Just bought this and finally got to use it..love it!  So well built, works awesome and made 3 of the best racks of ribs I have ever had.  First time I have ever used a smoker and you'd think I was a pro.

I've had mine for about 8 months and have completed many smokes. No issues whatsoever! I've found that I only need one piece of the supplied wood per smoke. It's plenty.

I bought this model earlier this year for mother's day for my wife.  After getting over the piercing evil eye, I got to start cooking on it.  I have now converted her and she lets me sleep in the house again.  The quality of the material is top notch.  Even with it on all day, you can still touch the outside of it without getting burned.  I smoked a Boston Butt yesterday in the dead of winter and it still held the heat in the cold.  The kids' eyes rolled back in their heads after they tasted it, it was so good.  After cooking in this thing, I will never go back to the constant feeding of charcoal.  Would recommend this smoker to anyone.

Ihad my smoker for a year now smoked a lot of things from fish to wild turkeys and its great I like electric just set the temp and see you again in 4 to 5 hours its the perfect size for me not to big not small I would recmmend this unit to anybody
